I would like to ask you a question about the test flow of 883 version, specifically i was interseted about the following items: LM139AW/883 & LM124AW/883
Does these Items have the same test flow of the QML-Q or QML-M ?
Do you perform the Group A,B,C,D?
For the parts procurement, are we going to receive also the datapack of the test (if they are performed).
I am asking you that because we did not find the SMD part number in the DS (either in SMD specification ).

These are processed to QML-Q.
Please see the following appnote, it should answer most of your questions.
QML flow, its importance, and obtaining lot information (Rev. C)
The older datasheets may not have the SMD part numbers.
If they do have one, they will be listed in the "Ordering & Quality" section of the product folder of that device.
You can also do a reverse-lookup at the DLA site:
Standard Microcircuit Cross-Reference
Change the search to Vendor PN and search for the base PN:
Unfortunately, it just seems that the pre-formed gull-wing version (WG) is available through SMD.
The "datapacks" are available from our QCI system (as mentioned in the appnote)
