Dear Specialists,
My customer is looking for the comparator as low price as possible.
I think TLV9001 is possible to use as comparator the condition listed below.
I already promote TLV7021 as the lowest price comparator to the customer, they would like to know if more inexpensive op-amp can be used.

-Output voltage low is 0.4V or less within the operating temperature range
-Able to track oscillation frequencies from 100Hz to 1kHz
-Low power type (supply current is 100μA or less)
-If it is an open drain type, it is driven by 24V
-If it is a push-pull type, it is a rail-to-rail type and driven by 4.5V
