Dear TI Support Team,

I am working with the LMX2820EVM along with the USB2ANY interface. Unfortunately, I am unable to configure the PLL, as the USB2ANY is not being detected by the system. Additionally, I did not receive any prompt to install or update drivers upon connecting the USB2ANY. The system did not display any notification or automatically install the necessary drivers.

I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Resetting the USB2ANY module via the reset pin.

  • Power-cycling both the EVM and the USB2ANY.

Despite these efforts, the connection is still not established.

I have attached an image for your reference.

Any support or guidance to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
