Hi TEAM:

I am helping customer to seek an alternative to the OPA4354AIPWR to drive the MOSFET faster, as shown in the attached picture for MOS spec. After searching the TI website, it appears that the OPA4820 offers higher bandwidth and slew rate, but the output current seems lower. Because Using OPA4354AIPWR gives  about 90 ns rise time at C2. so I am looking for an op amp that can achieve around 60 ns rise time.

can you have any op amp suggestions? Is the OPA4820 the fastest op amp available in the same package?

    Hi ,

    I want few more inputs to narrow down to the right op amp.

    1. Customer needs a quad channel device or are they ok to consider 2 dual channel devices?
    2. I see they are evaluating Q1 part, do they need Q100 grade?
    3. The 36ohms and 1nF itself will have a time constant of 36ns. so having TINA file would help us with isolating the bottleneck here and do a fair comparison.
