Part Number: OPA205

Most of the new op-amps seem to have a low temperature limit of -40C. I like the OPA205 but is operating temperature range is –40C to 150C. Do any of the newer op-amps have an operating temperature range of -55C to at least +90C?

    Hi Mike,

    For a -55C operating temperature range, you would need to look at our high reliability devices. On TI.com, you can filter by high temperature range, as well as other various specifications depending on application need. HERE is the link with the temperature range already filtered.

    A couple of options here are the OPA991-EP and the OPA211-EP. Let me know if you have any questions.
