The device has changed; see PCN# 20230713001.1. (The new assembly site also uses a different marking style.) Chips with older dies are no longer available.
The guaranteed datasheet parameters have not changed. It is likely that your circuit tries to exceed the datasheet limits. Please provide the schematic, and oscilloscope traces or voltage measurements of the now-incorrect behaviour.

The TL064 has transitioned from the our old 150mm FAB to our 300mm FAB. Please note that there was a product change notification that was sent out for this device on July 14, 2023 indicating a design change.
