Part Number: LM139AQML
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM139
So, was there a PCN for LM139B/883B removal? And, if I'm reading the forums correctly, it was replaced with LM139AQML?
Please advise.
Hello Cecellia,
LM139B/883B is not a valid part number. There is no "B" package. The package type is not specified. There is no "B" version of the military LM139.
"B" is an old suffix to signify MIL-STD-883 rev "B", but that requirement was dropped in the early 90's (devices are qualified to the 883 standard at the time of sealing).
You need to specify the package, (J, H, AW, W,, etc..).
Perhaps the LM139JB? This is the TI version of the LM139MIL in CDIP package.

Most of the QML devices are the ex-National die:
Perhaps LM139J/883 or LM139AJ/883?

All above are "/883" devices...take your pick!
