Hello, We purchase LM139AQML and we need the cavity height to establish appropriate PIND test conditions. I reviewed the datasheet but couldn't find anything about the cavity height. Could you provide the internal cavity height, including nominal value and tolerance or minimum/maximum limits, with units for this part.
