IVC102 input switch charge injection typical vs maximum value and tempco

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: IVC102

Is there any data available?

The IVC102 data sheet only gives a  typical graph which shows 0.6 pC for large input capacitors. No mention is made of the charge injection tempco.

Can I assume that the IVC102 charge injection tempco would be similar to that specified for the AFC2102?

The AFC2102 hold to integrate charge injection is 1 pC max (0.2 pC typical) with a typical tempco of 0.4 fC/C degree. With just the typical data, I calculate 0.4 fC/0.2 pC= 2000 ppm/C degree.

Can I expect the charge injection to cancel because I must  both open and close the input switch each cycle?

Thank you
