Hello Weimang,
Unfortunately we can't locate the ESD information for the XTR115/116.
It would take at least a month to generate ESD data for the product, is it necessary for us to perform these tests?
No thanks.
our pressure sensor product is including PGA309 and XTR115.the client use it in constant pressure water supply system for high building, the water supply system has a variable frequency inverter to control water pump.xtr115 is easily damaged.
could you give me some advices?
thank you.
Hello Weiming,
We were able to find the original ESD data for the XTR115/116. It was successfully tested with 2kV human body model ESD and 300V machine model.
The TI Designs Precision http://www.ti.com/tool/tipd126 describes a system with the PGA309 + XTR117 that successfully passes a common suite of IEC61000-4 transient and EMI/RFI testing, make sure you have a similar protection scheme on your design to protect the XTR and PGA devices.
Do you have a schematic to share?
Hello Collin
thank you.
I will add TVS and ferrite beads in my schematic.
because of company rules,I can not share my schematic.
thank you again.
