ESD Protection spec of SA555 and TLC555

Hi team,

My customer Goodtime is using 555 timer in their e-horn product, they are evaluating both SA555 and TLC555, would you please help to provide the ESD protection spec of both device? And is there any difference between TTL and LinCMOS in ESD protection? thanks.

I will cover SA555 ESD.
Qualification report says
HBM 500V
MM 150V
CDM 1500V

Hi Kevin,

The only Qualification Report I could locate for the TLC555 is one for the automotive version, but the ESD performance should be the same. The ESD results for it are:

HBM 1 kV

MM 200 V

CDM 2 kV
