OPA277: TINA-TI simulation result different between default implementation model and download from TI web model

Hello,

Please see the attached file as TINA-TI simulation result of OPA277

OPA277 TINA-TI.pptx.

I simulated OPA277 on the voltage follower schematics.
The simulation result differs between TINA-TI's default implementation model and the TI web site downloaded model.
Could you please let me know this reason?
Which model is correct?

I think there are any error in the TI web's model.

    Hello Ryuji,

    I tested both the OPA277 TINA model included with the software and the TINA model on the webpage, and I do see the very different unity gain and phase responses. They were created at different times using two very different model basis. The gain/phase response for web version certainly is indeed suspect and needs to be reviewed. For now, I would use the version included with the TINA software. Its gain and phase response looks reasonable.

    I'll forward the information about the OPA277 web version to our modeling engineer. I want to give him a chance to assess it and make any decisions regarding what needs to be done about it.

    Hello Ryuji,

    I have also verified the incorrect closed-loop response of the OPA277 model from the website. For now, please continue to use the default model included in TINA-TI.

    I've made a note of the issue and it will be corrected when we update our older models. The OPA277 is actually among the first of our models scheduled for revision, so we should have a new version ready some time in Q2.
