OPA1612: output of OPA1612is distorted

Dears

when we use opa1612 to translate difference input to single-ended output, the output is distorted, pls. help to check the reason. Below picture is the Sch , and the distorted waveform is attached vedio.

Anther, When we used opa2134 or lm4562 to replace opa1612, the distortion disappear.

Hi Aggil,
I suspect that this is a stability problem. Is there any additional circuitry or load connected to the output of the OPA1612 in your circuit above? If I simulate your schematic above, the design appears to be stable, but additional capacitance on the output of the OPA1612 could make it unstable.

Hi Alex
We testing using 10K ohm load, or capacitive load, it all are distorted. when we use 10ohm resistance to series to the output, useing the same load , the distorted is disappear. why ?
