High speed peak detector for 1 ns peaks

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA615

Good day!

I am looking for schematic for counting very narrow peaks for photon counting application. The input condition is: I got 150mV peak, 1ns wide, for each photon event and maximum peak rate is 20MHz. I'll use 80MHz TM4C MCU with edge counting mode for counting, but I need to convert 1ns 150mv peaks to 30ns 3V peaks, which will be enough for counter to work (according to MCU datasheet peak should be at high level for at least 2 MCU clocks, so 30ns wolud be enough).

Could you please suggest the cirquit for such task?
