TLV3201-Q1: Query on Internal Hysteresis

Hi Team,

In the datasheet, it is mentioned that there is an internal Hysteresis of 1.2V and there is also a graph with distribution of Hysteresis.

But, there is no detailed description or internal block diagram for better understanding in the datasheet. Do we have more data regarding this?

Also, do we have similar parts with higher internal Hysteresis (5mV-10mV)? Require Automotive Qual and Low Propagation delay.

    section 9.1.2 of datasheet contains very detailed information on how to set the external hysteresis. What it unclear to you?

    the internal hysteresis is 1.2mV. It works like the external hysteresis but does not need any additional components.

    It's quite normal to adjust the hysteresis in an usual application by the help of external components, because the amount of hystersis differs from application to application. It would not be very helpful to manufacture the comparator with a fixed hystersis.
