Hi support team,
My customer is having a question regarding the input range of LM2904. The datasheet specified the absolute max. rating for the input voltage is +26V instead of V+-(?)V and V- + (?)V. From my understanding the input voltage should be kept under supply voltage to avoid any damage, does LM2904 integrate the internal diode to clamp the input voltage?
If my customer is using V+ = 11V, V- = GND, but the input might go beyond +11V but lower than +26V would this cause any problem or damage?
