INA210-Q1: about input bias current

Part Number: INA210-Q1

Hi team

INA210-Q1 D/S say Input bias current = Max 35uA .

[1] so total input bias current would be Max 70uA(= 35uA x 2) for two input pins ?

[2] further, may I know total input bias current for  two input pins at Vs = 0V and common mode voltage = 20V ?

[3] figure 11 and figure 12 are showing Ib for only each pin, so that I have to double the graphed Ib for two input pins ?

  • Hello Paul,

I am linking a previous thread started by you, where I provide details on input bias current profiles and how these can be derived and used from the data sheet here.

[1] Yes, your total combined input bias current from both pins would be 70uA for a common mode of 12V , supply of 5V, and a Vref of 2.5V.

[2] Figure 12 in the datasheet has this.  You can also approximate it with the method outlined in the link above.

[3] Yes, for the sum of the two currents into the part you will need to double the graphed value.
