How to measure actual input common-mode and differential capacitance

Hi,

I want measure opamp input common-mode and differential capacitance, what is the recommended test setup in bench? How do I calibrate ex. board capacitance, socket etc? Thanks

Can I ask why you'd like to measure this parameter? Many modern devices have a specification in the datasheet.
