USB2ANY: Address not acknowledged (NAK). Error -44

I have a problem using USB2ANY, I can open communication, set SMBUSControl and do other stuff but when I try to write bytes using

u2aSMBUS_WriteByte

I receive error -44 that, according to your documentation, means "Address not acknowledged".
We are using firmware version 2.8.2.0 and DLL with same version.
The slave address I'm using is 0x6A (Evaluation board) which is the number I can read through PICommander (if I install an earlier version compatible with that software).

Which TI EVM are you using this with?

Hi,

it's a TPS65400-678 EVM. The board is correctly working with PI commander and firmware 1.19.0.0, but i am not able to see the board when using firmware 2.8.2.0 both with PI commander and with example GUI provided by TI.

So i am not able to test my C++ code on the EVM.

I have checked the pull down resistor for I2CADDR and it's 22k, so 0x6A wich is the one i am using.

Any suggestions?

Hi Dennis,

We are the team responsible for TPS65400, but we really know little things about the software and USB2ANY firmware... Seems customer has some question on the use of API and .dll when doing C++ programming.
Could you share some ideas on this question? Thanks!
