I found the same chip in the FYA2030S signal amplifier available on Aliexpress (First Line: 30021 ; second Line: TI logo followed by 3VT ; Third Line: VPM3)

There are 10 chips on the board. I was curious to know what are its characteristics.

    Hi Guy,

    For clarification, are you saying you have the amplifier module as shown on Aliexpress, took it apart, and see these ICs on the circuit board?  You did not buy the ICs from Aliexpress, or see them on their website, correct?

    Yes, that's correct. Could the reference code be 3002I (i) instead of 30021 (one) ?

    Hi Guy, 

    We are not able to find any reference to the part marking shown on the IC.  We suspect it may be a made-up part number to disguise the true device type, to deter others from copying the design.  I suggest you contact the manufacturer of the module, or if there is an identification on the pc board as to the designer/manufacturer, contact that company.  Ask for a technical manual and/or schematic.  

    I'm hoping you can obtain this information, it will be intriguing to see what the device actually is.  Good luck!

    I would suspect that it is a dual op amp. If so, then pins 4 and pin 8 would be [V-, V+] like every dual op amp; measure the voltages. The max supply will be above that reading. other specs like slew rate, gain bandwidth, input current, and input and output range are relatively easy to test on a bench (if you pull a device) .
