Dear Team,
The customer is using LM5056A for Power Management, they read all of the registers and find out all of registers is 0xFFFF.
On the system, first confirm that the device is caught, but the data read for each register is all 0xFFFF, the following figure is the reading waveform.
Do you have any comments on the design? Or any suggestions? Thank you.
For example:
1.Read 0x19 register, according to the datasheet below, the default value should be 0, but we read it is 0xffff
2. Write 0x43 register, unable to write, write 0x0 but still read 0xffff.
