OPA847: OPA845ID Not stable for non inverting or inverting Gains

I am using OPA847 SOT and soic both type of package but it is not stable for gain >=100 and when i connect to function generator this device also corrupts the FG signal and give an output of same as corrupt FG input.

Please suggest me how to stable the output.
