I was trying to design a circuit to measure very low currents from 10 micro amps to 100 mA. I found this precision design by TI very helpful. I have attached it here.8206.slau504.pdf
But I was looking for an IC chip which could do the same measurements for me as the circuit above. I hope TI has an IC like that, if any please provide me the details of it. I would love to get it.
