INA118: Date Code Marking

Part Number: INA118

I have received the same part. I understand the part marking answer that was given but my issue is with decipering the date code marking. I have been all over your site and can not identify how to decipher a date code marking. We have received several parts with a third line marking which I am assuming is the date code marking. Can someone help me with identifying if these markings are date code markings and how do I read them. This is how the parts are marked:

First Line: BBINA

Second Line: 118U K

Third Line: 94C6GT, 94A3YR, 94A3JD or 94A3KY.

I believe the third line represents the date code but have no way to verify if this is valid. Need a breakdown of the date code marking

I understand your company’s policy but where am I supposed to get this information if I purchased your part? I cannot determine if the date code is within our company date for policy?
