OPA828: VSSOP package

Hello,

Our customer try to evaluate OPA828 over OPA827 on their engineering sample board for 2020 MP EE.

But OPA827 package was VSSOP, we can not find OPA828 VSSOP sample.

Do you have plan to release VSSOP version OPA828 not only SOIC?

    Right now, we only have the SOIC package. I will check with the product definition team to see if we can share the schedule for future packages.

    Hi Tamara-san,

    Thank you for your prompt reply.

    Okay, we will ask customer to change PCB layout for SOIC or keep to use OPA827 in this moment.
