Hi, we integrated for 5 years now TLC3702 ID on a board.
If ambiant temperature is lower than -15°C, the component has power supply oscillation current.
Have you ever seen this perturbation? Could you contact us?
Best regards

This is not a know problem for the TLC3702, however, it is know that supply current increases at colder temperatures. Can you share a schematic of your design including your power supply circuit? You also asked if we could contact you. Do you have a TI Representative that serves your company? If so, please reach out to them directly.
In the meantime, are you seeing this problem on all newer TLC3702's or only on one or two boards? Also, have you done any troubleshooting such as replacing the device that is failing with a part that is performing correctly to make sure the problem is device related. Another option would be to power the device from an external bench power supply.

Hello Cecilia,
May we contact you at your registered E2E email address?
There are specific procedures we must follow if a FA may be needed.
Please contact your distributor if you feel there is a quality issue with a TI device to get the process started.
