I need a TL071 (or equivalent) with ceramic package to operate inside a vacuum chamber (1e-6mbar) and I would like to know the vacuum pressure capability of this device in CDIP and LCCC packages.

Hi Andreu,
why not placing the TL071 in a hermetically sealed housing?
By the way, there's another issue: In a vacuum convection cooling will no longer work! So, even an OPAMp showing the least amount of heat dissipation will dramatically heat up and get destroyed. Because of this you will need to provide adequate cooling by the help of heat conduction.

Hi Kai,
Implement a sealed housing will be very complex in our application.
I only wnat to know if the CDIP or LCCC package support's the 1e-6mbar vacuum, or if there is any other alternatives to the TL071.

Hello Andreu,
LF411QML-SP is closest to TL071 in ceramic package. There are more choices if searching by important parameter instead of a op amp example.
Ceramic sealed packages support full vacuum see this post: https://e2e.ti.com/support/legacy_forums/hirel/f/935/t/556427
Hello Ron,
Than you very much for the information. I looked for the suggested LF411QML-SP, but I didn't succeed to find any place to buy it.
I am still looking for a solution.

Andreu
