INA3221: IN+ Connected to a Current Source

Part Number: INA3221

Hello E2E Folks,

Good day.

Datasheet suggests that IN+ pins of INA3221 must be connected to a voltage source. However, one of our customers wanted to confirm if the IN+ pins can be connected and received an analog input from a current source?

They are doing an experiment that deals with current source, and their sample circuit shows INA3221 being used as the Vm (voltage meter).

Datasheet:  https://www.ti.com/product/INA3221

Thanks in advance!
