Hello Elsa,
Thanks for considering to use Texas Instruments. When you say the current of the INA231, I presume you mean the current running through the INA231 and not the current you are trying to measure with the INA231. The current that runs through the device is the quiescent current and the input bias current. Both of these are provided in graphs (figures 13 through 19) found in the datasheet. To calculate the power the INA231 consumes, you would calculate (quiescent current)x(device supply voltage)+(input bias current)x(common mode voltage).
