ISO124 Isolated Opamp Oscillates

Hi

I'm using the ISO124 together with the DCV010512DP isolated power supply in a measurement circuit. An INA129's output is fed to the ISO124.

The ISO124's output is fed through the lowpass filter as described in its datasheet and then to a THS4521 diff opamp to converter the single ended signal to a diff one.

 

My problem: when I connect the lowpass filter (or just a resitive load) the ISO124's output oscillates at 80 kHz.

I have attached the schematic of the PCB. 8875.Schematic.pdf

 

Any ideas on my problem?
