Original details: On a properly functioning circuit measuring from either the LoadCell In- or the LoadCell In+ to ground with no power applied will result in a reading of 75K ohm. On a failed circuit the measurements results in a reading of 56K ohm. On a properly functioning circuit with LoadCell In- and LoadCell In+ open and power applied the output at TP04 is 0 VDC. On the failed circuit the output is approximately 2.3 VDC. Please help me understand what could cause these results. Thank you.

I have tried unsuccessfully to load a schematic. I have used the insert media button, the insert file button, and the paste from word button. Do you have any other suggestions? Please let me know.I have insertrd a picture below. Please let me know if that worked.

I have received emails from a Raymond Zhang1. Apparently he was able to review a schematic I pasted into a reply as I am doing here. Since I have been able to work with Raymond and we are taking steps to resolve the issue I think my duplicated post may be causing the problem,
