We need to do a TIA for space application. The first step is done with a commercial amplifier (LMH5401). For that, I use two; one of this is used like TIA (with input +-5uA with 400MHz) and the output is more or less +-2.6mV according to simulation (I saw it in this forum). The second step is amplifier that output, but I only see +-60mV. What is the maximum amplitude in Vout for this application? It is possible to reach Vout about 1.5V of amplitude?
