Does BUF605 can handle 90MHz@4V sinewave input by +10V power supply?

Yes.

This device needs about 1 V of headroom. Does "4V" mean peak-to-peak, or ±4 V? (The latter would limit the possible current; see figure 16 of the datasheet.)

Hello Clemens,

"4V" means peak to peak. So I suppose BUF605 can handle 4Vpp sinewave input, right?

I think you mean the BUF602, yes if you center the swing on the supplies.
