We have question about the following E2E post.

We found that Iiok (IO diode current) was defined as minus value only in the datasheet.

So we assume this device has input clump diode from GND to the pins only, is it right?

If so, we think input current doesn't flow to VCC.

Hi na na ,

The I/O voltage ratings lists the voltage shouldn't exceed the Vcc indicating the presence of diode on switch I/o pins.
I have seen datasheet which have this kind of unclear ratings with voltage indicating esd diodes but the diode current indicating only gnd.
will feedback this into datasheet improvement .

We understand this device has ESD diode to Vcc.

Then, could you please give us the rating of the IO diode current to VCC?

Hi na na ,

It would be same as the negative diode current ratings. The condition had to be Vi<0 and Vi>Vcc .
