We are using TAS5613 in our design, the SD is high, but ready is low, Below is the schematic of our design, please help us solve this.

Hi,

Looks like you are using the coupled inductor, right?

Could you post the waveform of any OUT_x and the RESET signal since it's pulled up?

No I dont use a coupled Inductor. It looks like that in the schematic but they are all isolated coils from Würth Electronik. There is no Signal on any OUT_X because the Powerstagebridges are closed. When its pulled up, the Reset Signal is HIGH. My Problem is, that the SD is HIGH which means no Failure but the READY is LOW, which means "I am not ready to amplifie". How can that happen, it doesent make sense to me.

Hi,

The READY pin is open-drain output. From the schematic, I didn't see any pull up resistor. Please make sure there is pull up resistor to make it work.
