DIR9001: DIR9001-Q1 vs DIR9001 in non-automotive applications

Part Number: DIR9001

Can DIR9001-Q1 be used to replace DIR9001 in non-automotive applications? The DIR9001 is out of stock while there seems to be a healthy supply of the DIR9001-Q1. The Q1 part is "automotive qualified"

while the data sheet for the DIR9001 indicates that its temperature range makes it too suitable for automotive applications. What is the difference?
