Hi Sir,

My customer want to ask TJ of TAS5805 for their DQA test. Would you please helping to provide that? We see there's an OTW spec. (135C). Is that used as TJ?

Do you mean wafer temperature?

you can use below formula to calculate:

Tj＝Ta＋θja×P

Ta is environment temperature.

P is the power

We know to calculate TJ. We want to know the max TJ for TAS5805. Please check it for our customer. Thanks.

135 is just the threshold for thermal folder back.

you can use over thermal error threshold 160 as the max Tj.
