TPA6304-Q1: Device Initialization and Power-On-Reset

Part Number: TPA6304-Q1

hi,

there are a few question. thanks.

1.AVDD is to establish the input bias voltage of the pre-stage. According to reason, it should be required to be established before STANDBY is pulled high, so that there will be no POP tone. why STANDBY/ and AVDD pull high together? is there any anti-pop module for this sequence?

  • Hi Eric,

This device does not simply turn on when the /STANDBY pin is pulled high.  The proper I2C code must be written after it is pulled high to transition to Play mode.  Therefore, there is not a pop issue when the above sequence occurs.
