I've assembled my board and was having trouble identifying why the fault pin would stay low (unless I put the IC in shutdown, obviously). Finally, after removing the ferrite beads on the output, I am able to bring the device out of shutdown without the fault LED (LED2) being lit. The output side of this schematic is pretty much lifted straight from the evaluation board user guide, the exact same ferrite bead is used... can someone help me figure out why I'm experiencing problems?
