RC4580: Hspice model questions

Hi,

 One customer downloaded the RC4580 Hspice model, the folder is as following:

He used  cadence16.6 SigXplorer PCB SI XL-Analyze-Model Browser-HSPICE Models-rc4580_test.sp ，click "tranalate" and pop up an error: 

Unable to translate HSPICE file
C: \Users\ Administrator\Desktop\sloj175\rc4580_test.op.This might be caused by no subckt statements in the HSpice file

Could you please help to analyze it ?

    Hey Kailyn,

    The model is only available in an encrypted HSPICE model. You cannot import it into Pspice. If you would like to simulate your design I would recommend using a newer device. OPA2992 and TLV9062 are good newer alternatives.

    If you would like to validate your design with the RC4580, I would recommend ordering a sample and testing it.
