TPA6203A1ZQVR EOL PART WITH SEALED DATE LATER THAN LAST SHIPPED DATE

Dear TI experts,

Our partner received this part#TPA6203A1ZQVR from TI Estore, however there are several issues.

1. sealed date(jul 25 2022) on label is later than the last shipped date(may 20 2022), is this normal?

2. slightly flatter ball pin and also scratches, willl this affect usage? pictures attached

Hi Jean,

All I can say that is if the device was damaged/flattened in any way, we can not guarantee anything, but you can try to see if it works. The device has to sit completely flat, with all the balls evenly touching their respective pads such that it solders well.
