TAS5713: DRC Control

Hi team,

One of our customer's issues, could you please provide some troubleshooting suggestions

I am trying to program the DRC on the TAS5713. 

The documentation says the threshold is in 9.23 format and the other coefficients are in 3.23 format.

I notice that the threshold parameter fetch in the chip manual was not explicitly mentioned ,when using gui simulation ,I 

converted db to 9.23 format,but the resulting value is not the same as the gui displayed value.At the same time,3.23 conversion 

of softening filter and the values of attack and release is not correct.I want to know the calculation formulas of these parameters

    Hi Amy

    some parameter are not transformed directly from the value customer inputted.

    it will be used to calculate the corresponding DRC parameter, all calculation will be done by GUI automatically.

    there is no need to confirm the value and GUI outputted parameter.

    Thanks for looking into. please find below feedback.

    I konw this ,I think maybe I didn't express myself clearly. what I want to know is how to calculate DRC parameters, and what I want to know is how gui calculate DRC parameters

    when I program the drc ,I cannot always use the gui to know what value I need to fill in the register that controls the DRC, which is not desirable, so the DRC part of the instructions ,that is,the DRC parameter calculation method, is what i need to know, which is not mentioned in the chip manual. Only DRC parameters in the chip manual must be entered in the format 3.23 or 9.13
