Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS2505-Q1, TAS2505
Dear team,
We are using TLV320AIC3109-Q1 and TAS2505-Q1.
We wanted to know the routing impedance of differential pair of mic input, signal from codec to speaker, and speaker output.

Hi Mayur,
I can help with TAS2505, I'll get comments from a colleague for AIC device.
Regarding TAS2505, the routing for speaker output should be as symmetrical as possible, you can even route as differential pair. Are you looking for something specific?

Hello Ivan,
Thank you for the feedback.
Is there any specific impedance like 90 ohm / 100 ohm etc. to be maintained for these differential lines?
Hi Mayur,
No special requirements for TAS2505 speaker output. Just try to make the connection as close to the amplifier as possible to minimize losses.

Hi Mayur,
Feedback from CODEC is similar, no strict requirements for differential pair impedance due to considerably high input impedance in audio applications, just keep the routing as symmetrical as possible.
