Hi TI Support Team,
I have tried three different AC5140EVM boards and still cannot connect the EVM board. The PPC3 has used the latest version V3.2.1
The hardware configuration and setting below, Both USB and ADC green LED are lighted, However, the PC is not able to recognize the EVM board. nothing has changed on the device manager, and the USB-ready Blue LED is not lit.
P.S. We already installed three PCs and also the same issue. Please help us. Thanks!
