Question 1: How to configure using a silicon microphone with an I2S digital interface as the input terminal?
Question 2: Can TLV320AIC3204 serve as the host to provide clock signals to the silicon microphone? The MCU only initializes TLV320AIC3204 through I2S and does not provide clock signals.

Do you mean i2c? But yes, the device can operate in master mode and provide the host with BCLK and LRCLK. The only input required would be SCLK, which can be provided through a crystal. More details here:

Is this digital microphone? If so, yes the device can receive DMIC data and provide DMCLK utilizing/muxing the multi-function pins. This is outlined in section 2.1.3-4 and 2.3.3.2.1 of the application reference guide.
