TPA6211A1: Audio Amplifier Schematic Review

I need help with validating the schematic attached. 
I am facing some issue with the amplifier as the speaker when directly connected to the EC200. it works. But when connected to the output of the amplifier, there is no response. 

Hope the image is clear. If not, let me know I will share a link.

    Hi Nikhil,

    Have you checked the voltages around the TPA6211A1 like VDD and BYPASS?
    You may also try removing components that are not needed for the device operation, like those capacitors at the output.
