Hi,
We are evaluating the TLV320AIC3120 codec using the TLV320AIC3120EVM-U. The EVM is detected in the Device manager as well as Sound device list as USB-Mini EVM in Windows 11.
But when we open the CodecControl application [Downloaded from: slac366a.zip] , the device is not detected in the application.
When choosing the EVM part number from the "New EVM Simulation" menu, the status bar of the application shows the status below.
Please share the steps to get the EVM to work.

Unfortunately, this GUI does not support Windows 11. If you have Windows 10, it will work with that version.
Another work around is using I2C Master GUI downloadable from PUREPATHCONSOLE Application software & framework | TI.com.
You can request the software from the link above, and once approved you will see the module as shown below.
This GUI is generic I2C so you can write and read register or run a script.
For example, loading the "AIC3120_USB_Init.txt" script from the \Downloads\slac366a\Codecs\ folder and hit the execute button will configure the AIC3120 accordingly. Just make sure you hit the connect button before executing the script.
