TMDS273EVM: TMDS273EVM+WM8960

What information do you need specifically? We can help with specific AM273x design questions once you have a design in mind, but initial system design is outside the scope of this forum. 

The TMDS273EVM design files have the schematic, layout and PCB design files and show all of the signals that are brought out of the board on various headers. See https://www.ti.com/tool/TMDS273GPEVM#design-files.

Looks like there is a Sparkfun breakout of the WM8960 here: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/21250. That should save you some time implementing that device on a PCB, but you will need to figure out a wiring or interposer solution between the two eval kits since they are not mechanically compatible. You could also implement your own WM8960 board that is directly compatible with the relevant peripheral breakout you need for the WM8960. 

I would suggest starting with the AM273x Datasheet and Technical Reference manuals (www.ti.com/.../AM2732) and the equivalent, relevant WM8960 breakout or device datasheets to see what peripherals you need to connect first and go from there.
