PCM9211: What is the major difference between PCM9211PT and PCM9211PTR

Recently I find out that the part PCM9211PT is short of samples. But the part PCM9211PTR still available.

I want to ask what is the difference between this two parts, and which one do you recommend to use?

I already used  PCM9211PT on the board, I could replace it with PCM9211PTR and needn't any PCB change, correct?
