I have an issue where the data from a DIT4096 on one card is being received by a DIR9001 on another and the Error flag is oscillating in sympathy with the blocks of data;
clutching at straws before taking a scalpel to the pcb, wondered if the DIR can receive data in the Pro mode in the aes stream? this is the only thing I can think of for the regularity of the error oscillation as it looks like it covers 192 LR clocks
I set DIT into pro mode rather than deal with copy generation flags etc (CSS=0 Copy=1 L=1 on DIT4096)
update
using one of my old units with CS8412 and 8402 on, DIT/DIR work fine so problem is between DIT and DIR only?
